Shipping
Our default shipping method is UPS ground (1-6 business days in transit, depending on zone). All orders are shipped from El Paso, Texas. Please email for quotes on next day, 2 day, or 3 day select service by UPS.
Free shipping on jump sets applies to addresses in the continetal US only. If you live in Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico, we will be happy to discount your shipping in an amount equal to the discount received by continental US customers- you will have to pay the difference. To take advatage of this offer, please email with your order and address for an exact shipping quote. Please note that while a 1 year warranty applies on furniture grade jumps for all customers, shipping cost is not included for customers outside the continental US on replacement parts & items.
International customers, please email with your complete name and address along with the products you wish to order and carrier preference, and we'll provide you with a shipping quote.
If you show in West Texas, New Mexico, or Southern Arizona, ask about alternative transport methods!
You can also place an order online and pick up your order at a show I plan to attend to save shipping! If you live in El Paso or Las Cruces and want to place an order online (using your credit card or bank account) for pick up, email your order & I will send you a paypal invoice.

Online orders are processed using paypal. Paypal is a safe, easy way to pay. If you do not have a free paypal account, you can easily register for one at the

Returning customers may pay by check, but we encourage all customers to use paypal.
Custom Orders
I am pleased to offer custom service on any of my equipment. There is no charge to downsize. Cost for upsizing will depend on the cost of additional parts. Custom orders will require up to 14 days additional time to process. You will be advised of the expected ship date when your order is confirmed. To place a downsized custom order (e.g. a 3ft set of jumps), use the existing shopping cart buttons and include your special instructions in the space provided. To place an upsized custom order, Please email me a description of what you'd like and I'll respond back with a custom paypal invoice.
Return Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price. You may purchase a return label on paypal. Refund of return shipping charges will be done at my discretion on a case by case basis. If the problem is one that can be rectified we will make all reasonable attempts to do so (replace parts and/or items, etc)- we want you to be pleased with your purchase and for it to be useful to you and your training program! I am pleased to offer a 1 year warranty on furniture grade jumps. If you experience a breakage with normal use, please contact me for replacement jumps and/or parts. A photo of the damage will be required as verification, and for my records.

(A note about email: I check my email frequently throught the day and am in the habit of responding fairly quickly. Email is generally a reliable means of communication, however I have had some trouble in the past with the occasional email that somehow gets lost in cyberspace. If you send an email and do not hear from me within 24 hours, please call. The only exception to this would be show weekends- my show schedule is posted on the jumps page)
